A bachelor’s degree of Architect from the University of Pune and certified by Council of Architecture New Delhi. He has also co-founded KPT Arch & Engg. Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2016 and Yambem & Associate Architects, in year 2007.
His prior exposure to large scale projects globally brings an ambitious vision for Erecon Space Pvt. Ltd. as a player in the AEC industry. He is an architect, an innovator and above all a visionary who’s heading the transportation and township vertical at Erecon Space Pvt. Ltd.
He holds an experience of over 25 years handling large scale work in India and abroad. Who has keen understanding of materials & method of construction, His expertise lies in strategy & feasibility planning, creating efficient & productive designs. Before joining Erecon Space, Prem has worked with international and National architectural firms like GKK SSA, Sahara Aamby Valley City, Sterling Construction System Ltd. Wadia Techno-Engineering Service Limited (Formerly Gherzi Eastern Ltd.), Sahana group of companies, L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonli and Company Pvt. Ltd. and Vishwa Samudra Enginnering Pvt. Ltd.
He is a member of Council of Architecture (COA), Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Town and Country Planning Department, Government of Goa and Practising Engineers Architects and Town Planners Association, India (PEATA)
